| His role in the project : Principal Investigator He coordinates our action on the field. He decides the strategy on the field to realize the global objective for the survey, planned with Earthwatch each year. He is the chief on the field, and also the main respondent for the villagers and all the partners about the "Saving Cameroon's Rockfowl" project : Earthwatch, the volunteers, other organisations. The Picathartes Oreas is something like "his" bird, he prepares his PhD on this bird and its conservation. |
Son rôle dans le projet : chef chercheur Il coordonne notre travail sur le terrain. Il décid de la stratégie à appliquer, en fonction des objectifs généraux de l'étude, définis avec Earthwatch chaque année. Il est le chef sur le terrain, et le principal interlocuteur des villageois, et de tous les partenaires autour du projet de sauvegarde du picatharte : Earthwatch, les volontaires, d'autres organisations. Le Picatharte est "son" oiseau, il a fait de l'animal et de sa conservation son projet de doctorat. |
| His family He is the second child from 9, and "the successor" : that's why he has the part "II" in his name. He has a girlfriend since several years, and a son, 7 months old. He wants to get married soon and we are looking forward to this special event ! |
Sa famille Il est le second enfant d'une fratrie de 9, et "le successeur" : c'est la raison de la particule "II" rattachée à son nom. Il a une concubine depuis plusieurs années et un fils de 7 mois. Il souhaiterait se marier prochainement et nous sommes impatients d'assister à cet événement ! |
